What to Expect...
During a cranial session, I’ll walk you through a meditation to connect you to the whole of your body, and then we’ll discover where the blockages are so that your body can release and feel a sense of freedom.
Each massage is based on your individual needs and uses a variety of techniques that may include any of the following: essential oils, hot towels, hot or cold stones, herbal packs, Bach flower remedies or tuning forks.
I provide my services in a calming, nurturing environment. My massage practice is located in a private space on our farm and is nestled in tranquil gardens and pathways. You will feel valued, calm and secure.
Due to the nature of a therapeutic session, I strongly recommend scheduling at least an hour and a half.

What is Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy?
A Biodynamic approach to Cranio-Sacral work is one that acknowledges the inherent life force in the body, and our intrinsic wholeness.
We are more than a collection of tissues, bones, and fluids.
There’s a vital force called the breath of life, and it is considered to be the fundamental principle that maintains order and balance in the body.
