At the beginning of each session we take time to connect and hear what is going on with your body. Considering what you’ve shared and my experience, I mold your session, working towards the root of the issue one layer at a time.
What to Expect...
Each massage is based on your individual needs and uses a variety of techniques that may include any of the following: essential oils, hot towels, hot or cold stones, herbal packs, Bach flower remedies or tuning forks.
I provide my services in a calming, nurturing environment. My massage practice is located in a private space on our farm and is nestled in tranquil gardens and pathways. You will feel valued, calm and secure.
Due to the nature of a therapeutic session, I strongly recommend scheduling at least an hour.
